1. Definitions

– “Client” refers to the individual or organization contracting our services.

2. Scope of Work

We agree to develop a website according to the specifications outlined in the project proposal.

3. Payment Terms

– 50% deposit due upon signing of this Agreement.

-30 % Before Delivering

– Balance due upon completion of the Project.

4. Delivery Timeline

We estimate 10 to 15 days for project completion, subject to change based on Client feedback and revisions.

5. Revisions and Changes

– Up to 3 to 4 revisions included in the original scope.
– Additional revisions are billed at extra cost.

6. Ownership and Copyright

– Client retains ownership of all content and intellectual property.
– We retain ownership of design and development concepts.

7. Warranty and Liability

– We warrant the website will function as intended for the 1 year
– Liability limited .

8. Cancellation

– Client may cancel with written notice, forfeiting the deposit.
– We may cancel if the Client fails to provide the necessary information or payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by laws.
